Free fall semester class


With BJU Seminary’s free fall-semester class offering, we invite prospective students to choose a free class from a list of excellent courses handpicked by our staff. These classes, which champion biblical theology, are taught by experienced professors who have lived out what they teach. Whether you’re desiring to preach, teach, counsel, lead in worship, or simply better make disciples, we have a course for you!

Daytime Classes

Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00-9:15 a.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream. 

The course is also available online via pre-recorded video instruction. This pre-recorded online version of the course runs June 27-August 13, August 29-October 15, and October 17-December 10. 

Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00-2:50 p.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream. 

Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:00-2:50 p.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream. 

Meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 2:00-2:50 p.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream. 

This course requires a customized Bible study software called Logos, which can be purchased through BJU Seminary once enrolled at the highly discounted rate of $445! 

Evening Flex Classes

Meets Mondays from 3:00-5:00 p.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream. 

Meets Thursdays from 4:00-4:50 p.m. during the Fall Semester (August 24-December 15). Offered in residence or via interactive livestream.

Advanced Module Classes

Module classes consist of one week of intensive classroom instruction, preceded and followed by six weeks of distant course work. The format combines the flexibility of an online program with the benefit of resident instruction. Fall Semester runs from August 24-December 15. Students have one week during which they must attend class in residence or via interactive livestream: October 10-14. Classes during module week start on Monday at 1:00 p.m. and end on Friday at 10:50 a.m.. Students are in class from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, with a break for lunch.

Not at all! All our classes have a livestream format.
For most classes, your only expense will be your textbooks. Biblical Hermeneutics and Biblical Sanctification require you to have a Logos package, which can be purchased through the Seminary for a discounted price of $445.
Anyone holding a bachelor’s degree who is not currently enrolled (and has not recently been enrolled) at BJU Seminary. If you are wondering if you qualify, please submit an application, and we will find out for you!
Classes begin the second to last week of August 2022.

There is an application process that our admissions personel will be happy to walk through with you! Even if you only plan on taking one class, you will need to choose a degree program; this can be changed at any time.
