New Church Staffing Service Connects BJU Students, Alumni with Churches

After a lengthy reconstruction of BJU’s Church Staffing Service, the new service, now hosted by BJU Seminary, is ready to connect BJU and BJU Seminary students and alumni to likeminded churches in need.

The Church Staffing Service exists to help BJU students and alumni find full-time, part-time, and internship positions in churches worldwide. The service will also assist churches to fill roles in preaching and pastoring, administration, associate ministries, worship or music, and leadership for children’s, youth, and young adult ministries.

“As part of our commitment to ‘serve the church’ and vision to put 500 pastors on the pathway to the pulpit in the next five years — and every five years after that — BJU Seminary is grateful to host a digital meeting place for churches and qualified pastoral candidates and interns,” said Dr. Neal Cushman, dean of BJU Seminary. “We pray that God will use this service to bless both churches and pastors.”

Those who are affiliated with one of the church categories listed and agree with BJU’s doctrinal statement can sign up and submit a profile or church position for approval at churchstaffing.bju.edu
